Return and Refund Policy
At Flosii, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right with a hassle-free return process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or experiences technical issues, you are eligible for a free return within 90 days of delivery.
- Change of Mind: If you decide to return the product for any other reasons, a restocking fee of $35 will apply. Also return shipping will be charged.

- Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and specific instructions.
- Ship the Product: Send the product back using the label provided. For change-of-mind returns, a $35 restocking fee will be deducted from the product price at the time of purchase. Any shipping fees charged on the item are non-refundable. Also return shipping will be charged.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
- For change-of-mind returns, the refund will reflect the purchase price of product minus the $35 restocking fee and Return shipping fee. Any shipping fees charged on the item are non-refundable
